‘Paint’ Application Instructions Open the screen you wish to create screen grab from. Press ‘Print Screen’ key on your keyboard (located towards top right hand corner). Open the application Paint (located under ‘accessories ’within the Start menu). Select ‘Paste ’under the ‘edit ’menu or use the key command (Ctrl +V). Save the file. See ‘Save As’ under the ‘file’ menu, select 24-bit Bitmap in the ‘save as type’ box and name your file. Files may be zipped to lower overall file size
