CitectSCADA Reports Web Server
CitectSCADA Reports Web Server is a web portal that provides users throughout the enterprise with timely, accurate and relevant plant floor information -using only a standard web browser. Plant information ranging from equipment statistics to plant performance criteria, production results to stock inventories and usages can now be viewed and analyzed immediately - without disrupting plant operation.
An innovative data analysis solution, CitectSCADA Reports Web Server gives you real business advantage by leveraging your investment in plant control and monitoring for incredible results. Using CitectSCADA Reports Web Server you can visualize plant information from your control systems over the intranet/Internet with simply a browser such as Internet Explorer.
Built-in views include time-series line graphs for analyzing analog values over time, gantt charts for analyzing state changes over time, paretto charts for analyzing frequency and duration of states as well as data lists which allow raw plant data to be pasted directly from the web browser into analysis applications such as Excel.
CitectSCADA Historian
The CitectSCADA Historian module connects to redundant HMI/SCADA systems and provides a high-performance, high integrity storage repository for large volumes of plant floor data. With sub-second data acquisition rates from most SCADA systems and OPC quality stamping, the quality and accuracy of stored information is higher than ever.
Additionally, the Historian module will backfill from SCADA trends to acquire data that it could not acquire in real-time. For example, data that was recorded by the SCADA system before the Historian was deployed, or if the network between the Historian and the SCADA system failed. The combination of redundant failover connectors, and backfilling ensures that data acquisition and continuity problems are virtually eliminated.
Quality flags are stored using the OPC status and sub-status definitions, in conjunction with customized high-byte sub-statuses to accurately reflect the status of the SCADA system at any time. Samples are recorded for any change in tag status, including values and quality, as well as for configuration status changes such as deadband values or disabling logging.
Data stored in the historian repository is accessible by all three CitectSCADA Reports clients for analysis purposes including CitectSCADA Reports Web Server clients, the Excel client and the Crystal Reports client. Additionally, summary data can be migrated to business databases using the same point-and-click methods available in previous versions of CitectSCADA Reports.
